Our commitment
We aim to meet the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA: perceivable content, keyboard-operable features, understandable text and code compatible with assistive technology.
Measures included
- Keyboard navigation, logical focus order and a skip link to main content.
- Contrast, touch target sizes and visible focus states.
- Form labels, accessible error messages and status announcements.
- Meaningful alternative text for informative images.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences.
- Explicit heading structure, landmarks and page languages.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is checked during material changes and forms part of our quality process. Some third-party content, such as payment forms or external maps, may have their own limitations; we favour accessible providers and offer an alternative wherever possible.
